Description

Design description
RIFLO W A is a wall lamp, the form of which attracts attention with its subtle geometry - the flattened, oval form of the wall lamp brings to mind the plan of a modernist building - a simple, functional block, such as can be found in the architecture of Gdynia in the 1930s or in the classic realizations of the Bauhaus school. It is geometric purity, subordinated to the principle "form follows function." However, RIFLO W A is not a direct quote from the past - thanks to the use of transparent, fluted and hand-cut glass, the luminaire gains a modern touch. The surface texture breaks up the light in a subtle way, giving the whole a depth and visual lightness. It's a reinterpretation of modernism in contemporary terms - with respect for the classics, but without duplication.
