The name Funsui is derived from the Japanese language, meaning fountain - symbolizing movement, lightness and constant flow. The FUNSUI W A wall lamp is the most restrained, but equally expressive member of the FUNSUI family. Designed for accent light, it is based on a vertical composition that emphasizes the vertical line of the wall and brings a palpable rhythm to the interior.
The lamp's form combines modern simplicity and light play with the association of a sea buoy. Although the design draws on the Memphis style and its love of form, color, it retains the modernist discipline characteristic of the UMMO brand. FUNSUI W A does not impose itself - it discreetly illuminates the space and defines its mood.
